Pinot Noir Rosé
Wine
TarraWarra Estate Pinot Noir Rosé is made from a heritage site known as A Block. A shady site with sandy loam soils, it is one of the oldest Yarra Valley plantings.
The fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity. It is fermented without its skins in stainless steel tanks for 14 days prior to ageing for three months in seasoned French oak puncheons. There is no malolactic fermentation.
Pale pink, TarraWarra Estate Pinot Noir Rosé is made in an aperitif style. It is a dry, yet succulent wine with fresh acidity. Cellaring potential is two years.
